Blaine Laney joined Mission National Bank in April 1999 and has over thirty-one years of banking experience. The last twenty-eight years have been spent working with independent community banks in California. His banking experience covers many areas of expertise, including retail and wholesale lending and operations. Mr. Laney has extensive experience in lending to the minority business community and speaks fluently or conversationally in 8 languages. Mr. Laney graduated from the USC Graduate Business School's Managerial Policy Institute and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Government from Brigham Young University.

Jennifer Quinn joined Mission National Bank in May 2007 and has twenty-four years of banking experience. Prior to joining MNB, she was the CFO for SF Police Credit Union and Chief Executive of Finance and Lending at the Justice Federal Credit Union in Washington, DC. Ms. Quinn has extensive experience in Finance and Accounting as well as, Operational and Branch administration. Ms. Quinn holds a Master in Business Administration degree from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Accounting from California State Polytechnic University.
