Mr. Erickson was a senior executive in a 23 year career span at Bank of America. He joined Mission National Bank as its President and Chief Executive Officer in September 1998 and retired from that position in December 2006. Mr. Erickson has been a Director of the Bank since 1998 and within the last year, a Director of the MNB Holdings Corporation.

Jennifer Quinn joined Mission National Bank in May 2007 and has 25 years of banking experience. Prior to joining MNB, she was the CFO for SF Police Credit Union and Chief Executive of Finance and Lending at the Justice Federal Credit Union in Washington, DC. Ms. Quinn has extensive experience in Finance and Accounting as well as, Operational and Branch administration. Ms. Quinn holds a Master in Business Administration degree from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Accounting from California State Polytechnic University. She is a recent graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School, Seattle, WA.

Jim was previously president and CEO of Lippobank in San Francisco, now First Bank. He has over 30 years of commercial banking experience in the U.S.A, with an emphasis on commercial credit, including 9 years at Bank of America in San Francisco. Early in his career, Jim served as an Examiner in the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) for 15 years in the San Francisco Region. Jim is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, CA.
